Mike Rose got his start in radio at WRFG as a teenager, back in the early days of the station. Recently, upon his return to WRFG over the last few years, Mike has continued his passion for community broadcasting and volunteering by guest hosting on Good Morning Blues (Mondays from 8-10am) and collaborating on WRFG’s Community Sessions events with fellow volunteer Airshifters, Jules and Sydney. He also currently serves as the Treasurer for WRFG’s Board of Directors.
Recently, longtime WRFG Airshifter, Marc Miller, retired from Spam and Grits after 20+ years of service, and Mike has stepped in to continue great Americana programming.
